This project is related to previous studio design project in the previous semester. Understanding of building services is demonstrated by proposing and designing the most appropriate systems for the building which include:
i) electrical supply system
ii) cold water and hot water supply system
iii) sewerage and sanitary system
iv) drainage system.
project 1: APPLICATION OF BUILDING SERVICES
Subang Parade Shopping Centre is a community neighborhood mall located in Subang Jaya - containing over 221 stores at a space of an approximate 1,169,038 sqft. Constructed between 1987 and 1988. It was officially opened on 13 August 1988. In 2003, Subang Parade was sold to The Hektar Group before being sold into the Hektar REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust).
This project is to study the building services of Subang parade.
